Lexington Health Network Case Study – The Benefit of the Curatess Open Telehealth and Telemedicine

Curatess is excited to share the results of the LeadingAge CAST Telehealth case study featuring Lexington Health Network’s use and benefit of Telemedicine over three years, 2016-2018.  Curatess, in collaboration with Lexington Health Network, and Paragon Clinical submitted a case study to LeadingAge CAST, that highlights the benefits of the Curatess Open Telehealth Platform to manage after-hour change in conditions within Skilled Nursing Facility’s (SNF).  The case study illustrates how Lexington Health Network managed 90% of their patients in place to avoid a care setting transfer.  Lexington Health Network estimated to retain nearly $1m in revenue over three years along with achieving better outcomes for patients.
